Illuminated Bollard not working.

A illuminated bollard on Half Moon Lane, Dunstable is not working. Can the light please be fixed. There are two bollards right next to each over, one is working but the other one is not. The bollard that is not working is the one nearest to the give way line at the junction and has the number 63 on the front of it. Thanks.
