Pavement obstruction

As with so many shops along the high street, La Familiar pub places large plants on the very narrow footpath. I've seen a number of children and elderly people walk into them. The awnings are also rather low making walking along with an umbrella difficult. This is a problem common to many parts of the High Street - it's cluttered with shop "furniture".
