Condition of the B489

Sent to Buckinghamshire County Council 2 minutes later
The potholes on the B489 from the A41 to Ivinghoe are in a bad situation, in particular the speed bumps through Marsworth, the holes are in a very bad condition since the last snow that we had and are worsening by the day due to large trucks and lorries and amount of traffic which use this road. I do not think these trucks and lorries should be using the B489 as they speed through the villages.
No doubt if my car is damaged because of the condition of the road, I will have to foot the repair bill.
I live on the B489 in Ivinghoe and have seen the traffic double in the last year?
Please can you provide me with an update. I look forward to hearing from you.

Updates
The roads have only been partly repaired. So what had been repaired is already coming away as it was not repaired properly. Stopping large lorries coming through our villages would help sustain the road repairs?
The off-side of all the speed humps from the Hall to the canal bridge are badly eroded and could cause serious damage to the inside of tyres.
Part of the speedbumps had been repaired but not adequately and some have not even been repaired.
Who will pay for the damage this is causing to my car??
