Bad car parking

On the junction of Darwen Road and Windsor Road there are no parking restrictions small commercial vans and cars park both sides of Windsor Street making the turn in hazardous as the line of sight is always blocked, cars turning in here regularly have to pull up with their rear ends blocking the traffic behind, 1 accident tail end of last year caused by a car ploughing into the back of a stationary or slow turning car. Friday afternoons seem particularly bad as the local builders all go to the sportsman pub on that corner.
Also further along Darwen Road and the junction of Hough Lane cars block both sides of the road while their lazy owners go to the Chinese take away, Double yellows here, some people are either colour blind or just retarded. 5pm to 11pm
