Irresponsible dog owners not picking up dog faeces

There are not enough large notices up to highlight that dog walkers (of which there are many) need to pick up after their dogs foul in this area. Some small stickers were put up on the lamp posts but they are not obvious and a bin placed near the car park would be more appropriate as a lot of dog walkers arrive in their cars. An enclosed bin (maybe even the kind that provides poo bags as seen elsewhere) with a decent sized notice beside it placed near to the lamp post at the entrance to the car park would be ideal! This could be used by the majority of the dog walkers in this area as they all seem to walk down Keithhall Road and return the same way! Hopefully something can be done before the summer as what is here is not enough and a lot more people come to enjoy the river area when the warmer weather arrives (not very nice picnicking beside dog poo)!!

Did receive reply but pretty much shrugging off the issue, not a problem as the council dog warden seems to think there is enough here already!!
