Raised crossing in road/speed bump

Their are two raised crossings on this Taylor Avenue, these are raised very high, and have caused my car damage when going over at a slow speed, the road surface and the drop near the kerp edge are not level. These need sorting out asap, otherwise motorcars will suffer more damage and suspension problems.

This problem has been their for a few year`s. I wish the council would get a move on has car`s get damaged going over this. There are numerous raised crossing like this in this area that are quite bad also Tanfield Grove/Hornby Grove. Can the council please look at these and take a decision to fix these problems A.S.A.P please HULL CITY COUNCIL
I don`t know what Hull City Council are doing here, i don`t think their come out and view the problems reported here! WHEN WILL YOU RESURFACE THE PROBLEM, AND EVEN THE ROAD SURFACE OUT LEADING UP TO THE RAISED AREA & STOP CAR`S ETC ON CROSSING HERE AND SCRAPING THE ENGINE, AND DAMAGING THE SUSPENSION OF PASSING MOTOR CARS
