Bad road conditions, holes and parking

Either side of the roundabout the road surface has deteriorated to the point you can feel it wanting to track the car. Grid cover my the bus stop has lost all the tarmac and is now about 4 inches deep

End house on the junction of Hulme Road, Ringley Road most days of the week have 2 white vans plus a regular car parked all the way around the junction over the stop lines into the main road, they cause line of sight problems and make the junction unsafe.
