Broken Glass (from an accident possibly)

There's a large amount of glass fragments at this junction, mostly clear, but I think some were red, thereby indicating it was left over from an accident, this appears to have happened recently (within 24 hours of this report) and obviously is very dangerous and drivers are unable to see the glass until they are right in front of it if there is a queue to get on the roundabout.
