Huge potholes back again

Once again i am reporting 4 huge potholes in the middle of the railway bridge leading over mardy road,from New Rd,Rumney. to wentloog ave, they are smack in the middle and there is no way of avoiding them, has this bridge been checked structuraly? is it safe? and where do i send the bill for another 2 new tyres,

yes, the potholes were "patched" but as soon as we had another bout of rain, they are back again.... really the whole area needs to be done properly, not just filled in, so they keep coming back
the council did fill in the potholes, but, the same thing has happened again. Because they are only filling them in with what seems to be gravel and a thin coating of tarmac,it only lasts about 4 weeks approx and hey ho! here they are again, and yes they are coming back again now!!!
