Excessive dog fouling

Reported in the Dog fouling category by M Lambert at 21:10, Tue 2 March 2010
Sent to Merton Borough Council 5 minutes later

In Byron Avenue, and today, even worse, on many of the steps on the bridge crossing the railway. Looks to be all by the same dog, or to be more precise, one anti-social citizen

Some signs have been affixed to the lamp posts, but they are too high for the dogs to read, and obviously the dog owner can't read anyway.
