Mud on road

Mud in road, on left carriageway, towards llandudno -- has been there approx 10 days - possibly caused by farm machinery-may cause skidding of vehicles if weather turns wet.

About 3 weeks after report,it appears that both sides of the road have been cleared,possibly by a mechanical sweeper ,but the centre seems to have been left as was - still better than nothing! Very slow response time considering the road was a bad accident zone,and road was previously treated with anti-skid surface to prevent accidents
