Dog Mess

There is an EXTREMELY large amount of dog mess being left by early morning dog walkers (Before 8am weekdays) the rain is not clearing the pavements. It is spread out by people walking in it and is getting ridiculous. The problem only seems to stretch from upper kincraig street to Albany road.
