Appalling Pavements along Senghenydd Road

Pavements along Senghenydd road are appalling. Whenever it is wet or raining, my clothes become ruined. Unless this is some ploy to try and improve the economy by increasing spending on new clothes and cleaning products, I would really appreciate it if tarmac was used on the pavements, and most importantly, whoever is hired, cuts the roots of the trees. It is really quite simple.
