Dear sirs, Please could you help as a matter of urgency a problem which has been ongoing for the last six or eight months. The tenants at the flats above the Tesco store in Treharris Street dump their rubbish in the adjoining entrance and as result, it spills out on the street. As you can see from the photo, at this moment there is rotting foodstuffs and waste littering the pavement, and the entrance area is now emanating a foul smell and is bound to be attracting vermin. The landlords of the property do not seem to provide any near adequate provisions for the tenants rubbish, and something must be done to sort this out. Please could you investigate this as soon as possible, for it now constitutes a serious health hazard.
